Want to refresh your entire face naturally without surgery? A full face filler treatment restores volume, softens wrinkles, and rebalances proportions. The goal is not to change you, but to subtly support your own facial features so you look fresh, relaxed, and subtly lifted. At Dr T. we use fillers that are carefully chosen per zone. Everything starts from your facial structure, mimicry, and wishes. Your result should look subtle, with respect for your age and personality.

It is a treatment plan where we treat multiple zones in the face simultaneously or in phases. We combine hyaluronic acid fillers, sometimes biostimulators such as Sculptra, and possibly skinboosters or neurotoxins. We work from structure to detail: first the support points and contours, then the fine lines. The goal is to find a beautiful balance with a subtle, natural outcome. This gives you a balanced whole that looks natural, without overcorrection.
Typical zones in a full face filler treatment are: cheekbones, cheeks, tear trough or under-eye area, temples, jawline, chin, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and sometimes the lips. The choice of product depends on what we want to achieve: shape and lift with hyaluronic acid fillers, firmness and collagen production with Sculptra (biostimulator), or glow and hydration with skinboosters.
The result of a full face filler is a softly lifted appearance with restored facial proportions. The cheeks and cheekbones provide support again, the jawline looks tighter, under-eye shadows soften, and wrinkles become less noticeable. People around you won't see that you've been treated, but they will notice you look rested and fresh.
With hyaluronic acid fillers, you often see an immediate effect. Sculptra builds up gradually in the following weeks with a subtle, lifting impression. Skinboosters mainly provide hydration and a healthy glow.
Everything starts with a relaxed conversation. We listen to your wishes, observe your facial expressions at rest and in motion, and clearly explain what suits your face. Based on your anatomy and priorities, we create a personalized treatment plan. We often work in phases: first structure and lift, then refinement.
The treatment itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes per session. We use local anesthesia where necessary, and a numbing cream for the lips. Depending on the zone, Dr T. works with fine needles or a cannula to increase comfort and reduce bruising. You'll receive a clear aftercare plan and we schedule a follow-up if needed.
Safety is central. We choose products with proven value and techniques that respect your tissues. Everything is done medically responsibly, with an eye for symmetry, balance, and your natural expression.
The chart below shows common combinations in a full face plan. It remains customized: the final choice depends on your skin quality, bone structure, and goals.

Not every zone requires the same approach. Below you compare the three building blocks we most often use in a full face approach, with their best scenario and limitations.
Comparison: hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra and skinboosters
| Type | Strong in | Best fit | Limitations | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hyaluronic acid filler | Shaping, filling, direct lift | Cheekbones, cheeks, chin, jawline, tear trough, lips | Can attract water with incorrect administration or technique | Immediately visible, 9 to 24 months depending on zone |
| Sculptra biostimulator | Collagen production, lifting and firming effect | Temples, lateral cheek, jawline, if we want extra firmness | Not for T-zone: avoid forehead, around eyes, nose or mouth | Gradually building, on average 2 years, often longer |
| Skinbooster | Hydration, fine lines, glow | Facial skin quality, often as a supplement to structure | No lift, no contour | Improvement within days, 4 to 6 months |

It depends on your starting point and your goal. For a subtle refresh of multiple zones, many people expect about 4 to 6 ml of hyaluronic acid spread over cheekbones, cheeks, nasolabial folds and jawline. If you also want to define the chin and jawline more tightly or there is more volume loss, you'll often end up at 8 to 12 ml, whether in phases or not.
See this as a guideline, not an aim in itself. Sometimes 1 to 2 ml in the right support points is enough to improve your entire appearance. During the consultation, Dr T. uses a mirror and tactile tests to show which zones make the most difference for you.
With hyaluronic acid fillers, the result usually remains visible for 9 to 24 months, depending on the zone, product choice and your metabolism. Cheeks and cheekbones typically last 18 to 24 months, lips rather 9 to 12 months. Skinboosters require maintenance every 4 to 6 months. Sculptra provides gradual firming that lasts on average 2 years, often longer.
If you also work with neurotoxins, for example for frown lines or crow's feet, the first effects usually appear after a few hours to 3 days. Combining can be nice, provided it suits your face.
Many treatments are minimally invasive. We do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible: a calm injection technique and clear explanation. You can usually continue your day immediately. Slight swelling or a bruise is possible and usually disappears quickly.
After the treatment, we ask you to avoid intensive exercise and heat for a short time. You'll receive clear aftercare. If you have questions or want something adjusted, we schedule a follow-up if needed. Your safety, comfort and natural result remain central.
We work with qualified techniques and choose products with proven value. Anatomical knowledge, slow injection and correct placement in the right tissue layer are essential. We discuss your medical history, allergies and any past procedures. This keeps it safe and predictable.
For general information about cosmetic treatments, you can consult the FPS Public Health. During the consultation, we give you transparent information about possibilities, expectations and possible side effects.
At Dr T. we use a holistic and well-founded approach. That means: respect for your age, your anatomy and your personality. We take the time to observe your facial expressions, feel your skin and set clear expectations. Based on that, we put together a plan that first optimizes your support points and then refines.
Our benchmark for every case:
Do you want background knowledge about what a filler exactly is, or prefer to focus on filler treatments for the face? On our site you will find clear articles.
We like to build big changes gradually. We start with the basic structure such as cheekbones, cheeks and chin-jawline. Then we refine with the tear trough, lips or fold restoration. This way you maintain control, it feels natural and you see a logical progression after each step.
Don't just look at a wrinkle. Look at the light and shadow, the shape of your cheekbone arch, the projection of your chin and the transition from cheek to jawline. When those proportions are right, your entire face looks younger and fresher, even if lines continue to move with your expressions. That's the difference between natural filling and filling a little everywhere.
