These general terms and conditions apply to the services of Dr T. - Clinique Dermatologie Gent. By making an appointment or undergoing a treatment, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all consultations and treatments at Dr T. - Clinique Dermatologie Gent, located at Hippoliet Lippensplein 24A, 9000 Gent.
Appointments are scheduled in advance. If you cannot make it, please inform us in time so that we can offer your slot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
The applicable rates are communicated during the consultation. Payment is made as agreed at or after the treatment.
Before a treatment, you will be informed about the procedure, possible outcomes, and risks. Treatments are always performed with your informed consent. Aesthetic treatments do not guarantee a specific result; outcomes vary from person to person.
We perform every treatment with the utmost care. Our liability is limited to what is legally permitted. We are not liable for consequences of incorrect or incomplete information you provide us or for failure to follow our advice.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Dr T. - Clinique Dermatologie Gent is established.
