I share what I know, not only with my patients, but also with fellow doctors and professionals who want to grow. As a doctor in aesthetic medicine and international trainer, I show you how I work in my practice: how I build up treatments, how I analyze the face and skin, and which techniques I prefer for natural results. During my trainings, I focus on what is really important in aesthetic treatments such as injectables (e.g., fillers & muscle relaxants), biostimulation, Sculptra® and skin-improving techniques. It's not about trends, but about safe, responsible and subtle work.
Make an appointmentDo you want to progress faster and really go in-depth? Then a 1-on-1 training with me is a powerful choice.
In this personal training path, we work together, step by step, on your skills.
This intensive guidance is ideal for doctors who want to refine their level and distinguish themselves through quality and subtlety.

My approach as a trainer is rooted in the same principles I apply in my practice: authentic, natural results without overtreatment. I don't believe in quick, uniform protocols. Every doctor I train, I guide with a sharp eye for their anatomical knowledge, injection technique and aesthetic judgment. Together we build a treatment philosophy centered on safety, subtlety and craftsmanship.
Too often I see training programs that limit themselves to imitating a few injection points. My 1-on-1 guidance is different: I explain the underlying anatomy, the properties of each product and the biomechanics of aging. Only when you understand why an approach works, you can apply it in your own way. That gives you the freedom to approach each patient uniquely.
A tailor-made training means we take your prior knowledge and learning goals as a starting point. No unnecessary repetition of what you already know, but straight to the depth where you want to grow. The day is intensive and personal, with a maximum of two doctors at a time to ensure sufficient attention.
After the training, you are not left alone. You can later submit images and check cases. In this way, your confidence grows steadily.
Why doctors choose Dr T.
My experience in general and plastic surgery gives me a deeper understanding of anatomy and wound healing. This translates into more precise injections, safer techniques and a sharp eye for detail, knowledge that I pass on during every training.
Years of experience in general surgery and aesthetic medicine. I teach you not only the 'how', but especially the 'why' of each technique, with anatomical depth.
Maximum two participants per training. This way I ensure real one-on-one attention, direct feedback and a learning path that matches your pace.
You learn how to tailor aesthetic treatments to the person, not to a template. The goal is always a refined, credible and age-appropriate rejuvenation.
The insights and techniques you gain increase your treatment confidence and distinguish your practice. Patients appreciate the natural touch and return.
Who is the training intended for?
Whether you are just starting out or want to refine your existing approach, my way of training is suitable for doctors who want to look beyond standard protocols. These are the profiles that get the most out of a training with me:
You have the basics down, but still lack experience and confidence to tackle more complex areas. Together we build a safe, structured approach.
You have been injecting for a while, but hit limits, for example with combination treatments or difficult anatomical regions. I help you to a higher level.
You feel that your treatments are becoming too visible or too uniform. I teach you how to achieve more refinement with less product, and how to respect the unique features of each face.
Time is scarce. My compact 1-on-1 approach is ideal: in one intense day you get a boost of knowledge and skill that you can immediately apply.
Training with Dr T.
As a surgeon, I know that complications rarely come out of nowhere. They are the result of insufficient anatomical knowledge, wrong technique or a lack of risk recognition. That's why I pay a lot of attention during the training to prevention and crisis management. You learn not only how to achieve a beautiful result, but also how to recognize an impending complication early and address it correctly.
Aesthetic medicine is a profession with great responsibility. Together we reflect on ethical questions: when do you not treat? How do you manage unrealistic expectations? What do you do when a colleague delivers substandard work? These conversations are at least as formative as the injection technique itself. Doctors who train with me leave the day not only with a sharper needle technique, but also with a clearer moral framework.
