Many aesthetic procedures are minimally invasive and may cause discomfort, but we do everything we can to keep you as comfortable as possible. This can be through anesthesia or other techniques depending on the treatment.
How long does a treatment take?
The duration varies per type of treatment; many muscle relaxants and fillers take about 20-60 minutes, but this can vary. You will receive clear information during your consultation.
How long does it take to see results?
Results vary per treatment:
• Muscle relaxants: usually within a few hours to 3 days.
• Fillers: immediately visible, with refinement in the first week.
• Skin treatments and lasers: progressive improvement over weeks.
Aftercare advice helps optimize the result.
Is aftercare necessary?
Yes, for most treatments we provide home care advice regarding care, possible swelling, and what you can expect during recovery.
How can I make an appointment?
You can easily book a consultation or treatment online through our booking tool on the website. If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, you can schedule a consultation first.
Are collagen supplements useful?
Some say collagen does nothing, others swear by it. The difference mainly lies in which collagen you choose. Preferably choose marine collagen, as it closely resembles our own collagen. It should be 100% hydrolyzed, so the long protein chains are cut into smaller pieces and can be properly absorbed. Vitamin C is essential, as it is needed for the production of your body's own collagen.
Zinc supplement yes or no?
Zinc supports immunity, wound healing and cognitive functions and may possibly improve skin quality and prolong the effect of BTX. But too much zinc disrupts the balance with copper and iron, which can lead to anemia and reduced resistance. So do not just take zinc without advice.
What are collagen regenerators?
They are substances that stimulate your body to produce more collagen on its own, such as vitamin C, amino acids, antioxidants, plant extracts and minerals. They support both skin and general health, which is why I prefer them.
Is headache possible after BTX treatment?
After a first BTX treatment this can occur. It is usually temporary (2-3 days), exceptionally up to 2-3 weeks. The pain is probably due to muscle relaxation. Subsequent treatments do not have this side effect.
