Hairfillers are injectable treatments specifically developed to counteract hair loss and stimulate hair growth. The treatment consists of active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, peptides and growth factors that are injected directly into the scalp. These substances nourish the hair follicles and improve scalp blood circulation.
Hairfillers are often used for early hair loss, thinning hair or weakened hair growth. The treatment focuses on strengthening existing hairs and activating dormant hair follicles. The result is a healthier scalp and visibly stronger and fuller hair.
The treatment starts with a consultation during which the scalp and hair condition are analyzed. Then, the hairfillers are evenly injected into the scalp using fine injections. The active ingredients stimulate the hair follicles and improve the hair cycle. For optimal results, a course of several sessions is usually recommended. The first sessions are spaced 2, at most 3, weeks apart.
Hairfillers are suitable for adults who:
Dr T. never carries out injectable treatments on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding: this is an absolute contraindication. If you have certain medical conditions, prior medical advice is recommended.
The recovery time is minimal. Slight redness or tenderness of the scalp may occur, but usually disappears within a few hours. Daily activities can generally be resumed immediately.
The result of hairfillers builds up gradually and is usually visible for 3 to 6 months after completing a treatment course. After this initial course, the improvement in hair quality, hair strength and hair loss remains noticeable for several months. To maintain the result and prevent further hair loss, maintenance treatments are recommended, generally once or twice a year.

Hairfillers are not classic fillers that create volume in the skin, but a cocktail of bioactive substances injected directly into the scalp. The base often consists of hyaluronic acid, which attracts and binds water, thereby optimizing the micro-environment of the hair follicles. Often peptides, amino acids, vitamins and minerals are added that stimulate cell division and support the energy supply of the hair follicle. The result is an extension of the growth phase (anagen phase) and a reduction in hair loss.
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, works through a different mechanism. A small amount of blood is drawn, centrifuged, and the concentrated plasma, rich in growth factors, is injected back into the scalp. These growth factors activate dormant hair follicles and accelerate regeneration. Both techniques are safe and natural, but they intervene at different levels. Hairfillers provide direct nutrients and hydration, while PRP stimulates the tissue's self-healing capacity. They can be excellently combined, but also individually offer an effective answer to hair loss.
Hairfillers are an effective option for men and women who notice that their hair is diffusely thinning, without any completely bald areas. They are especially suitable for early to moderate androgenic alopecia (hereditary hair loss), where the hair follicles are not yet dead but weakened. Also in telogen effluvium, a temporary, often stress-related hair loss, the injections can accelerate the return to a normal cycle.
A correct diagnosis is important. During the consultation, I perform a medical history and assess the condition of the scalp. If there is extensive scarring or if the follicles are permanently lost, a hair transplant is usually the only solution. With complete baldness, however, surgery is not a solution either, because there are no hairs left to transplant. Hairfillers and PRP are an excellent alternative for those who (yet) do not want surgery or want to focus on prevention and maintenance. They are also often used as support after a transplant to improve the regrowth rate.
Each session starts with a short consultation in which you tell me about your concerns and aesthetic wishes. I then disinfect the skin. I do not use a numbing cream or cold: I work with very fine, short needles. The treatment itself takes 15 minutes. I place the injections superficially in the dermis, spread evenly over the thinner or balding areas.
After the procedure, you can resume your daily routine straight away. Slight redness and small bumps may be visible, but they disappear within a few hours to a day. We advise you not to wash your hair for the first 24 hours, to avoid strenuous exercise and to limit direct sun exposure. A full course usually consists of three to five sessions. We schedule the first sessions 2, at most 3, weeks apart. After that, maintenance sessions, generally once or twice a year, keep the result in place.

Do you recognize this?
Many people only think about hair restoration when the damage is already done. Hairfillers offer a subtle, preventive and restorative path.
Increased daily hair loss, without bald patches, is often the first sign that your hair follicles could use extra support.
Women often notice it by a thinning ponytail or a widening middle part. Men see the receding hairline deepening or the crown becoming visible.
Hairfillers and PRP can at an early stage postpone the need for surgery for years or improve hair density so much that a transplant is no longer necessary.
To increase the survival rate of the transplanted grafts and strengthen the surrounding weak hairs, hairfillers are an ideal supplement.

Frequently asked questions about our approach
Hairfillers are not a standard cocktail; they contain a well-thought-out combination of bioactive substances each playing their own role in restoring the hair growth cycle. Hyaluronic acid intensely hydrates the scalp and forms a reservoir in which the other components can act longer locally. Peptides such as copper tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) stimulate the anagen phase, the active growth phase of the hair, and at the same time inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress that damage hair follicles. Vitamins B5, B6 and biotin (B8) support cell metabolism in the matrix of the hair, while amino acids such as arginine and cysteine provide the building blocks for keratin.
Some formulas also contain DHT-modulating extracts, such as saw palmetto, which inhibit the conversion of testosterone to the hair loss-causing dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This approach therefore focuses not only on the visible hair, but especially on the micro-environment of the follicle. By improving blood flow and shortening the resting phase (telogen), a sustainable boost for hair density is created. It is this layered action that makes hairfillers so suitable for diffusely thinning hair, without the need for complete follicle death.
Together we draw up a treatment plan that precisely fits your hair and your wishes.
