A liquid face filler restores volume and contour in the face, creating a fresh, balanced, and naturally rejuvenated appearance.

The liquid face filler is a comprehensive filler treatment in which hyaluronic acid fillers are strategically used to improve multiple areas of the face. Instead of treating one specific area, this approach focuses on restoring harmony and balance to the entire face.
By subtly replenishing volume loss in different areas, the face looks fresher, softer, and more balanced. The treatment can include cheeks, cheekbones, temples, jawline, chin, lips, and nasolabial folds. The result is a natural rejuvenation without losing the face's character.
The combination with the biostimulator Sculptra® gives a very beautiful, natural refreshment / rejuvenation of the face.
The treatment starts with an extensive consultation where the facial structure, volume loss, and proportions are analyzed. Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is created. Then, the fillers are carefully injected into different areas using a fine needle or cannula. This approach ensures a balanced and natural improvement of the entire face.
The liquid face filler is suitable for adults who:
The treatment is never performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is less suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. In these cases, prior medical advice is recommended.
Recovery time is generally limited. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur but usually disappear within a few days. Most daily activities can be resumed almost immediately.
The result is largely visible immediately and refines further as the swelling subsides. The effect of a liquid face filler typically remains visible for 12 to 18 months, depending on the product used, the treated areas, and lifestyle. Maintenance treatments can prolong the result.

A liquid face filler often combines hyaluronic acid fillers for immediate volume with biostimulators for long-lasting skin improvement. But what exactly is the difference, and when do you choose which approach?
Classic hyaluronic acid fillers fill wrinkles and hollows directly. They give a visible result immediately after injection. Biostimulators like Sculptra work differently. They stimulate your own skin to produce new collagen, making the skin firmer, restoring volume, and making the rejuvenation more gradual and natural. The effect builds up over several weeks and months, without anyone noticing that you've had anything done.
Biostimulators often require multiple sessions, but with Sculptra the result lasts on average 2 years, often longer. Hyaluronic acid fillers are more suitable for targeted corrections, such as lips, tear trough, or nasolabial fold. In a liquid face filler plan, we cleverly combine both principles: immediate correction where needed, and regenerative building where you desire it.
Radiesse is a unique filler based on calcium hydroxyapatite, a substance naturally found in our body. It works immediately as a filler but also sets in motion a powerful collagen stimulation process. This makes it particularly suitable for those who want definition without an overfilled look.
Immediately after injection, Radiesse provides immediate volume and lift. Then it forms a matrix on which your skin produces new collagen. Over time, the product safely breaks down, while your own collagen continues to strengthen the supportive tissue. This gives a natural firmness that comes from within.
Radiesse is less suitable for the lips or the fine lines around the eyes, as the firm gel structure can be too voluminous here. In combination with a thin hyaluronic acid filler, we often achieve a beautifully balanced result. Your safety is paramount: Radiesse should not be injected into the tear trough or lips.
In addition to volume corrections, skin quality is at least as important for a youthful appearance. Skinboosters are injectables with a low concentration of hyaluronic acid, specially developed to intensively hydrate the skin and improve elasticity. They don't fill, they strengthen.
Unlike classic fillers, skinboosters are not placed deep in the tissue but superficially in the skin layers where they attract water and activate fibroblasts. The result: a more even skin texture, fewer fine lines, and a healthy glow that lasts for months. Popular treatments include Profhilo, Restylane Skinboosters, and Belotero Revive.
A liquid face filler treatment can be perfectly complemented with skinboosters on the cheeks, jawline, or neck. The combination of volume correction and skin improvement gives the most beautiful, most complete result.
Sometimes a previous filler treatment no longer matches your wishes, or there is an over-treatment you wish to correct. Hyaluronidase is a natural enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid and can thus dissolve unwanted fillers quickly and safely.
Hyaluronidase is injected into the treated area, after which it largely breaks down the filler within 24 to 48 hours. The skin returns to its original state, without scars or volume differences. Because hyaluronic acid is a body's own substance, serious side effects are extremely rare.
The procedure is quick and relatively comfortable. You can resume your day immediately, although some swelling may occur. At Dr T., hyaluronidase is always used extremely precisely and minimally dosed, so that only the excess filler disappears and your natural contours are preserved.
Lip fillers are among the most requested treatments, but often raise questions about pain, swelling, and the risk of an unnatural look. With the right technique and a thoughtful choice of product, your lips can appear subtly fuller, hydrated, and softer.
We work with extremely fine needles and use a numbing cream or a light local anesthetic beforehand. Most patients experience only a slight pricking sensation. After the treatment, some sensitivity or swelling may occur, but this subsides within 48 hours. Cooling helps increase comfort.
Every lip is different. For a soft and natural result, I almost always choose a flexible hyaluronic acid filler with a low to medium density. This integrates nicely into the tissue and follows the natural movement of the lips. Avoid hard fillers that make your lips stiff. The goal is to balance volume, shape, and hydration, without anyone noticing that your lips have been 'done'. A good lip filler improves proportions, defines contours, and preserves your expression.
The tear trough, the area between the lower eyelid and cheek, can give a hollow and tired appearance due to volume loss. A tear trough filler subtly fills this depression, making the look more open and fresher. It is one of the most delicate filler treatments.
The skin under the eyes is extremely thin and translucent. Incorrectly placed filler can lead to swelling, bluish discoloration (Tyndall effect), or irregularities. Therefore, I work here exclusively with very flexible, thin hyaluronic acid fillers that are placed deep on the bone. The choice of product and technique is decisive for a natural, safe result.
A tear trough correction is often combined with a slight volume increase in the cheekbones. This way, we create a harmonious transition and avoid an 'overfilled' impression. In the tear trough, the result is immediately visible, subtle, and can last 9 to 12 months. Aftercare with cooling and being careful with makeup and rubbing for a few days is sufficient.
